The XV Brazilian Symposium on Pharmacognosy
The Brazilian Society of Pharmacognosy and Universidade Paulista – UNIP invite you to participate in the XV Brazilian Symposium on Pharmacognosy, which will take place in the city of São Paulo.
In a globalized world in which sociocultural and economic interrelations relentlessly affect the stability of ecosystems, concerns about the balance between human, animal and environmental well-being are urgent.
Within the concept of One Health, based on the search for human, animal and environmental health, the development of medicines based on natural products appears to be one of the paths to universal access to well-being.
In its 15th edition, the Symposium will have a program focused on Phytotherapy, an area in full expansion in therapeutic and scientific terms, and one of the products resulting from the multidisciplinarity characteristic of Pharmacognosy.
For the 2025 Symposium, the Symposium will feature important Brazilian and foreign researchers who will discuss relevant topics in round tables and lectures, in addition to giving the opportunity to undergraduate and graduate students and professors/researchers to present their research orally and in poster form, moments conducive to expanding professional contacts.
